This is just a public service announcement.
The last week or so I was having random crashes to desktop in Star Citizen, sometimes very frequently other times I could go for an hour and no issue.
Other games were fine and my system itself was fine.
The cause for me was I set XMP profile on for my memory, disabled it and since then no more crashes.
Unless you mess around with your BIOS settings this will not affect many people but when it does it is painful to figure out what’s causing it.
TLDR; Start Citizen Crash to Desktop, possible cause XMP profile enabled in bios.
