Hey all, I am currently in the process of rebuilding my PC and my GPU just got delayed to next Tuesday but I will have all the other parts by tomorrow. I want to start setting up chrome, discord and downloading game launchers/games (not playing them) but I am not a computer guy so I am not sure if it is something I should do without my GPU.

Your CPU might have an integrated GPU, which would allow you to run your PC without a dedicated GPU. This is more likely if your CPU is an Intel one vs. an AMD one.
You might have trouble with the game launchers but if your computer has built in grapics, you should be able to do the basic stuff without a gaming video card.
My CPU does not have a built in graphics. Does this mean I should just wait till my flu arrives to boot up and set up everything?
Yes, that does mean that you will have to wait, unfortunately.
