Thought I would share my new build with everyone. Ok, here we go:
Case: Rosewill Rise (Non-Glow) Full ATX Tower
PSU: Rosewill Hive-850 850 Watt
MoBo: ASRock Fatal1ty (Who names these things?) Killer Z97X ATX
Processor: Intel i7-4790k Devils Canyon 4.0Ghz Quad-Core (Turbo Boost to 4.4Ghz)
Cooler: Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler (Thanks for the advice Jay. This thing was much easier to install than I thought it would be.)
Memory: Crucial DDR3 32GB
Graphics: MSI GTX 970 4G OC Edition 4GB GDDR5
Storage: Seagate 4TB SSHD (Again, thanks Jay)
Audio (My Favorite): Schitt Modi 2.0 Uber USB External DAC, Bravo Audio Ocean Class A Tube Amplifier, 1960 Telefunken 12AU7A/ECC82 Preamplifier Tube, SteelSeries Siberia v2 (Not bad for a gaming headset).
First time I’ve built my own system. Built other people’s systems, but never my own.
That’s some good stuff right there!
Thanks, man. I was just happy it POSTed on its first boot. Flight night was the first time I ran AC on it and I could not believe how smooth it was.
In ASRock’s case its this guy gives the product some “cred” with the gaming crowd.

You know your treading down the dark side of nerdom when the first thing I looked for in the post was the power supply and storage.
Looking good btw. I would run a http://www.memtest86.com/ for about 4-5 passes overnight. This current build I went about 3-4 months before my one bad DIMM became apparent. When you have 32GB of the stuff, you don’t use much of it, so it may not be apparent right away there is trouble. And, the faster you find the problem, the easier it might be to return. Least all the packing and receipts will be fresh on your mind as to where they are at.
A few people I know insist and running a CPU burn in as well, but its not something I really want or like to do. Run Prime for a hour, if the CPU stays cool, leave it at that.
