I just got that game a week ago, used to play elite dangerous in the past. I am not the combat/explorer person I used to do a lot of cargo stuff. However it seems that progression as a Hauler takes way too much time in this game so I will try out everything and then maybe settle on something. I am student at a University so my time and money is very limited, I am just looking for a casual experience. Hope to talk to some of you soon ^^
Welcome to the org Jannik! Tbh I don’t think that hauling progression will take an unreasonable amount of time, especially with the help of org ressources. But I guess only time will tell

@CmdrJannik welcome to ADI and into the Verse. Hauling can seem a bit daunting if your solo but give it some time and try it out with a few of the Org crew and you’ll see the time just slip by. Combine it with some mining and you’ll get a nice mix of game play. But as suggested, try out everything. You’ve come at a great time as each major update and sub patches have brought the game far this year and it just keeps getting better very iteration. We all understand the limitations of time what with University, but as we tell everyone “real life first”, there will always be folks here to get you into the groove of things.

Yeah I just tried combat but I got no chance xD Not sure if I can 100% blame the starting ship for that

Due to the game being in alpha, I’m sure many thing regarding hauling will change. I’ve got a Hull D hauler monster so what we can do is rotate crew on the ship and if you have university duty calling, we can just rotate seats while you bed log. You can make the big dollars, even with you limited time, and still drive some of the biggest hauler in the verse regardless of what time restrictions your have. Such is the power of a team.
Woah yeah that sounds exciting, I d love to try that ^^ I didnt even know the Hull D is playable since on their webside it says that the ship is in concept
