Thanks for the invitation. I’m a gold/gem prospector that travels across the U.S. A friend recommended that I try this game out, so here I am. As mentioned, I am a prospector/miner, so availability may be extremely limited due to the remote locations of claims/ signal availability. If this is alright, sign me up.
Still learning the ropes and work through the glitches, but am enjoying the game so far.
Side Note: Semper Fi to any fellow Devil Dogs here in ADI. Look forward to learning more and hopefully playing a lot (as long as the pans are dry and there’s no digging to be done).

Thanks for having me. I haven’t gotten to do any mining in game. As for a preference, I don’t particularly have one. I’m on day 3 I believe in game, so don’t have much to go on. Right now am trying to see if I can quest enough to buy a prospector

Right now my ship is the Aurora. So kinda limited on what to do. Several mishaps (multiple inventory glitch losses, and one crash because indicators didn’t go off put me in a white suit.
Honestly can’t say what all I like for sure since just starting. Haven’t played a space flight oriented game since Wing Commander back in the day other than No Man’s Sky briefly.
I tried the Squadron 42 part of game, but nobody joined session.
I basically have done a few simply transport quests, no combat, space or ground. So consider me as a boot.
I like mining, because am a miner/prospector for gold and gems. So that is in my wheelhouse. I’m open to anything though, need before greed, so if there is a role needed, say the word and I’ll be your huckleberry.
Still haven’t done mumble and that may be an issue due to bandwidth.

Welcome to ADI, DBCOTTON! I see you’re getting on in SC - good ole glitches and crashes, they’re a feature lol. I used to watch my brother play Wing Commander back in the day, so I remember that… oh and the movie 
hah
You’ll find plenty of opportunities for training and fun in ADI - anything you fancy and a group to do it with. Its great to have another veteran and you’ll fit in very well
