Hi. My name’s Oleg. I’m a 3D artist from Ukraine. I like games, I play them and sometimes even help making some indie projects). I’ve been following SC for quite some time and last year decided to join the ride for some space adventnure. As work takes most of my day, sometimes evenings too, the adventure is short usually casual).
So far my most enjoyable activity is cargo hauling. There’s something soothing to it. Just what I need to relax after work. Got a Freelancer MAX and then Caterpillar thus far.
Also I like mining and recently introduced refining, but I don’t own a ship for that yet. And so far finding good rocks feels like a gamble to me.
As for what is to come in the future, I’m looking forward to fuel harvesting, refining and refuel mechanics. That sounds like fun. Already own a Freelancer DUR and Starfarer Gemini for that

Sweet a CAT - I’m hoping to aspire to purchase one!
I was lucky to farm credits back when laranite supply was bugged and Carrack was ship of the month). With current economy even owning a CAT doesn’t bring you much profit. I hope it gonna change in the nearest future.
Good to know. I enjoy cruising and hauling. I know traveling can be a crap shoot with a loaded cargo bay. I hope as well it gets more stable soon, fingers crossed.

Fortunately enough mining is the one mechanic that is most evolved in the game right now, so I suggest checking our calendar for the next mining event. These events provide security escorts to make sure you travel safely to and from your mining objective to your drop off zone. They are very well organised and really good fun.
