My name is Anthony, though in-game I go by Aplacon. My Discord and in-game names are the same for consistency during onboarding and communications.
I’ve been following and backing Star Citizen since 2015 and recently decided I wanted to find a more organized and long-term community to experience the game with. After reading through ADI’s structure, divisions, and onboarding process, it seemed like a strong fit for the kind of environment I’ve been looking for.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and while I would consider myself more of a casual player due to work and family life, I’m very interested in being part of a mature and organized community that enjoys teamwork and coordinated gameplay when online.
My primary interest is Commerce, Industry & Manufacturing (CIM). I enjoy the logistics, operational planning, support, and economic side of Star Citizen and I’m looking forward to contributing to larger group operations and helping wherever needed.
Outside of Star Citizen, I work in technology, so structured teamwork and communication are things I naturally value. I’m a pretty relaxed and low-drama person overall and I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone.
Thanks for having me, and I look forward to flying with you all.
Welcome to ADI, Anthony! Once fully onboarded, please don’t hesitate to jump in a voice channel with some fellow org-mates; we’re glad to have you! See you around! o7
Welcome to the community, Anthony. Great to have another 2015 backer with a tech background in the mix. Your interest in CIM and logistical support is exactly what keeps our larger operations running smoothly. ADI is definitely the place for that “mature and organized” environment you’re looking for. See you out there!
Welcome to ADI, Anthony! A 2015 backer from Phoenix who works in tech and gravitates toward logistics and operational planning, you’re going to feel right at home in CIM. The structured approach is exactly what drew a lot of us here too. Low drama and relaxed fits the culture perfectly. Looking forward to flying with you. See you in the verse! o7
