Real life and mental health had caught up with me and I had to step away for a few months. Once I get the time to play again I am looking forward to joining everyone for the latest game updates.
Unfortunately I have the dreaded 19000 Error when I attempt to log in. Customer Service and Issue Council reports have not be able to correct this error. I had hoped that the 4.1.0 update would have corrected this problem, but sadly no luck. With no fix currently in sight I have no idea when I will be able to return to the verse.
My apologies again for my disappearance, and hope to return soonTM.

I would wipe everything and do a clean install too. And clean out the cache folder with all the old updates as well
Still unable to play with the new Invictus Update. I have done every listed “fix” on IC reports and still no change. CIG concierge support said they can’t even help. I have even changed my ISP, wiped my PC and created a new account. Maybe a few years down the road or after SQ42 this will be fixed. At this point I have to consider my account lost and just give up.
That is trully bizzare, I imagine clearing your local settings, flushing your ip/dns and all other clean up stuff didn’t help, shame CIG themselves can’t sort it…
I’ve had it once or twice but a simple relog in launcher usually fixed it, once I had to do character repair and it also solved it…
