HOTAS Cougar TARGET software Ant_Elev Man_Rng and Rsr_Cursor set up question, help pls

I got out my old 20 pound hotas and it works great! Love it. However I see in running the TARGET software my windows properties of the virtual joystick doesn’t show any activity for Ant_Elev Man_Rng and Rdr_Cursor.

Is it possible to get these to work? Maybe point me to a site that shows this?

Without TARGET running, does it work in Windows?

Negative, the TARGET software creates the virtual joystick instance you’re seeing.

I am not familiar with that throttle, but it is a physical analog device?
