Does anybody know how to rectify the item blocked message when trying to place a ship in the hanger?

I’ve not got a clue but ask in discord general chat and someone will know.
Use to be you need to have your character run away from the spot as soon as you summon the ship - you are the one blocking it. But I haven’t bothered with the hangar in ages.
