New to the group, you can call me Doc or DocJeky11, I’m from the USA and I look forward to working with everyone.
I have been playing games since the original Call of Duty, I had a short stint in the competitive circuit on PS4’s Evolve game as the medic for Orion’s Best, and generally having fun in games such as Fractured Space and Mechwarrior Online.

Hey there Doc - welcome to the ADI community!
It looks like you’ve already completed the process of being onboarded - which is great!
I always like to make it clear that if you have any questions while you are here, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask one of us - we will do our best to get you the answers you are looking for.
Lastly - I just like to point out that ADI is working on branching out into other games while we patiently wait for SC to release (Soon TM as they say). Currently we have plans to support CoD:IW, we have a number of players in Ark Survival Evolved, and plan on supporting a survival space sim called Hellion when it releases (expected to be January or February 2017). Feel free to help our community expand into more new games.

Hey Doc welcome to ADI! It was nice talking to you in mumble and we are glad to have you.
You are always welcome to ask any questions by PM or talking/typing in a chat room, but be aware, that there are few channels with different topics & general rules such as:
The Blackwell’s is for off-topic and preferably no Star Citizen talk at all.
The Star Citizen Chat / org chat is for Star Citizen topics, ships and etc.
The Gameroom is for other games discussion and public playing, although if you play with a mate and you talk about the game in mumble whilst playing it, it would be better for you two to move down to a games channel for 1) clear communications for you two, 2) not interrupting the chat of others in the channel.
All of the channels above are in discord and mumble and those are our primary lounges.
Welcome Doc, glad to have you on board! I look forward to getting in some flight time with you as we push closer to 3.0 
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything. BTW, have you thought on what division you’re going to pursue within ADI/SC? Sounds like you have experience as a medic, but maybe you have something else in mind?

First off, thanks everyone for the warm welcomes. Infandus, I’ll take a look at Hellion, but I’m not a big CoD guy. Might also check out Ark.
Hyndrosa1, I’m currently looking as my permanent employ being a Marine Pilot. I’ll likely either be flying the Redeemer or a Vanguard Hoplite. Either one I’ll buy before outset of game.
With that said, I’m also interested in getting certified for a crew position or pilot position in the merchant fleet, on Scavenger ops, or with an exploration fleet (which I’ve talked to a few people on mumble about). That said, again, the Redeemer is currently my first choice for a ship. We will see how it turns out as things go on, but I’ll probably be adding either a Constellation Andromeda or a Constellation Aquila to my own fleet.
