Your systems sounds beefy.
If your game is not being jittery then see how you go. I recently upgraded my desktop to i9 14900F with Asus ROG Strix 4070 Super. SC became extremely jittery and was unplayable. Had to disable all my e -cores in BIOS for it to run.
If you are not having that issue, then you are safe to experiment. Basic settings for everyone:
Graphic - High or V High
3 settings between these two - Low
Volumetric Clouds - Off
