Most players seemed to agree that the culprit was a player called PredaThor.tv - Don’t know what he/she was thinking but he/she just kept crashing the hammerhead into ships on landing pads - WTF
Pad ramming is a problem in the game right now, unfortunately. Hopefully, the jail system can mitigate this issue.

I got rammed a couple of days ago, but it destroyed his ship.
