I had to rebuild my computer, and I am unable to find my old cert. I didn’t save my cert to a cloud storage service :frowning:

I have created a new cert using my name with a ‘1’ at the end, but it is asking me for a password.

Can someone assist me getting back into the ADI server?

Server > Connect

Select the ADI server and click Edit

Add a 1 to the Username on the end, then connect to the server, a staff member will come by and get you taken care of in short order.
