Log on Mumble and stay in the Lobby a staff member should come and help you out.
Yea tried that for hours no one came after 4 hours on several days.
Multiple staff members have tried to talk to you in Mumble but you were AFK at the time.
We have a lot of people online right now so ho on we can fix it. We can’t help you unless you on online.

You can also contact your CoC and find a time where you and a staff can both be on.
