Hello folks,

My name is Matt, username Matoken. (Mako-424 before I realized there was also a ship of the same name)

My plan for the game is to fight pirates (AI and player) and Vanduul. Explore the verse, specifically mapping out jump points, and finding rare organics planetside. Some side salvage business and missions and escorts as needed. I am also very interested in the medical services aspect and hope to find a great way to synergize all my interests together.

I am a strong team player. I have 5 years of military service (8404 Navy Corpsman) and am currently a 32 year old CIO of a company in Chicago. I don’t know how many hours a day I will play, but I plan to play this game for years to come.

I am concierge level 1 now ($1,000 dang!) and have a lovely hanger of:
Caterpillar, Cutlass Red, Vulture, Dragonfly yellow, Nox Kue, x1 force, 125A, Connie Taurus, Cyclone RN, Freelancer DUR, Sabre Comet, Super Hornet and 350R! (LTI on everything)

Also 1 land claim.

I look forward to flying with you all.

Hi and welcome @Matoken to ADI glad to see you with us and if you need anything. Don’t hesitate to send me a PM on here, discord or just grab me if you see me on Mumble and I’ll do my best to help you we are all here to help each other at the end of the day. I’m always about if you just want to fly or play a few rounds of star marine that’s great with me. well hope to see you soon

Welcome to Atlas Defense Industries Matoken!

You have quite a diverse fleet going there and given your interests I can see where they fit in. Very cool! I look forward to seeing you around Mumble/the verse!

Welcome Matoken, yea with that kind ship choice, you should be able take part in different missions under pretty much any division. Btw which one did you end up?

Hi, thanks for the welcome.

Waiting for the game to get closer to release to build a new desktop. I can get on on my gaming laptop, and it runs pretty well, but the station HUBs start melting me down when I visit them. [I use HWinfo to monitor core temps, etc.]

I’m starting out in the Mission Support Service. Like you said I designed my hanger to be pretty open to anything.

I could really easily see myself in exploration, and do intend to join in some combat arms with the fleet.

Medical support/rescue/evac and discovering biologics to potentially assist in that end being the most unique part of what I’m interested in lead me to MSS. I certainly plan on doing some cross-certification and could potentially transfer.

Also MSS looked like it could use some more bodies to help get things done compared to the other two.
