How to set up a new mumble certificate on a new device?

I’m upgrading to a new pc but every time I’m trying to connect to the ADI server the system will tell me that I’m using wrong certificate or password for a registered user.

Go to Configure > Certificate Wizard on the computer that is working, select Export current certificate, save the file to a thumb drive, and move the file to the new computer.

On the new computer go Configure > Certificate Wizard and then select import a certificate.

That should fix the problem.

The other option is to add a number by your name and re log in then we will have to verify your identity and a team lead or above should be able to get you set up with the correct user name after the verification process.

Pro Tip:
Export your certificate(s) to Google Drive.

This way you always have access to it on any PC you use.
