Hey guys, well after several attempts to get 3.0 to work on my pc I did something no man should ever do, totally bricked my pc. Then upon my rage of 9.5 hours of sitting watching a loading screen just to brick my pc I punched my monitor. Long story short I just returned from best buy with a new monitor, and a friends house with a usb flash drive and reinstalled windows…just waiting on everything to install again. then I will install mumble again and be fully operational. Just a heads up. 
Best of luck, and I’m sorry you’re having so many troubles, but I’m not sure how installing SC could do that much damage to your PC; What exactly hapened that ended up bricking your PC?
