Just wanted to ask how I can add ADI members to my in game directory to send messages and do missions?

The most reliable way to add someone to your contact lists right now is to click their name on the RSI ADI org page and then click +follow.

You probably don’t want to add all almost 6,000 members at the moment. For timeliness, list organization, and not currently active people.
Best practice would be to join the Mumble and see who is on and what they’re up to and then add each other specifically.
3.3.5 just came out, they might have added a more effective in-game method of adding someone who isn’t standing right in front of you, but I’m not sure on that yet.
